DC Broker's Edition Prep Class -
A full day of assistance to prepare for the DC broker's exam.
The day's goals will include condensing the reading materials, proving a proven set of study tools and working on test-taking issues. In class exams will be used to gear the licensee up for shifting to the textbook conversation that they will see on the state exam. Study materials and practice exams will be provided in the take-home packet and the follow-up email.
MD Broker's Edition Prep Class -

MD Law Prep -
MD Law Loose Ends.
This is a half-day or evening class that is crucial for helping students prepare for the MD salesperson's exam. MD Law Loose Ends focuses on the types of MD law questions that tend to slip people up on the state exam. Practice exam given.
DC Law Prep -
Rather than trying to read 174 pages of regulation - join us for a half-day or evening class that is crucial for helping students prepare for the
DC salesperson's exam. Normally offered on the same day as the DC Fair Housing class that is required for anyone obtaining a DC license through reciprocity. Study materials and Practice exam provided.
Exam Prep -
A full-day class that focuses on the 80 question National portion of the exam for a salesperson's license. We will work on key term review and take a look at test taking issues. There will be no coverage of math or state law. Study materials will be provided.
